Refund Policies

Refund policies for each program are listed below. If you have any questions about these policies please contact the club treasurer.

Fall Beginner Hockey League

Siouxland Youth Hockey Association sponsors the Fall Beginners League for children aged 4 to 10 years old.

Mayhem on the Missouri

Refunds will not be granted within six (6) weeks prior to the commencement of the tournament.

MUSKETEERS FLOOR HOCKEY

Registration is Free for Participants Ages 4-17

Second Season Sign-Up

New Skater (8 and under) Refund Policy: New skaters have an unconditional money-back guarantee, if a refund is requested prior to January 2, 2026. No refunds will be granted after January 5, 2026.

Siouxland Youth Hockey

New Skater (8 and under) Refund Policy: New skaters have an unconditional money-back guarantee, if a refund is requested prior to November 1, 2025. Members must provide written notification to the Siouxland Youth Hockey Treasurer prior to November 1, 2025, in order to request a refund. No refunds will be granted after November 1, 2025. All other age groups: Refunds may be requested prior to the start of the season; however, $50.00 of the registration fee is non-refundable
