Second Season Sign-Up

Welcome to Siouxland Youth Hockey Association's 2026 Second Season Sign-Up! Come play hockey with us for the second half of the hockey season and see what the fun is all about!

Before entering this registration, you will need to obtain a USA Hockey number for your child, please do so by registering here: https://membership.usahockey.com Once you have obtained your child's USA hockey number, please return to this page to complete the registration.

Ages

Registration is open to Boys and Girls 8 & Under with birth years 2017, 2018 2019, & 2020.

When

Second Season Starts January 3rd through the end of the hockey season. Practice times are Saturdays from 9:15 a.m. to 10:15 a.m. and Wednesdays from 5:45 p.m. to 6:45 p.m.

Equipment

Loaner Equipment is available upon request and with the completion of the Equipment Rental Agreement. Cost for equipment is FREE upon return of such equipment at the end of the hockey season.
