2011-2012 Season Hockey Registration

Welcome to the 2011-2012 Siouxland Youth Hockey Online Registration Page.

In an effort to make the registration process of your son or daughter as painless as possible, we have developed an online tool that will guide your throught all the necessary steps. You will have the ability to register your player with Siouxland Youth Hockey and register with USA hockey...all within a simple user-friendly online tool.

New Skater: 8 and Under ($50.00)
Tyke: Birth Years 2005, 2006 or 2007 ($110.00)
Mites: Birth Years 2003 and 2004 ($250.00)
Squirts TRAVEL(includes House League): Birth Years 2001 and 2002 ($340.00)
Squirts HOUSE LEAGUE(Only): Birth Years 2001 and 2002 ($250.00)
PeeWee TRAVEL(includes House League): Birth Years 1999 and 2000 ($340.00)
PeeWee HOUSE LEAGUE(Only): Birth Years 1999 and 2000 ($250.00)
Bantam: Birth Years 1997 and 1998 ($340.00)
Metro: Birth Years 1993, 1994, 1995 or 1996 ($385.00)

Step 1:
Register with the Siouxland Youth Hockey website (SiouxCityHockey.com)

Creating an account with the Siouxland Youth Hockey website is FREE and only takes a few minutes. After your account is created, you'll be able to use the same username / password to register all of your players for tryouts, camps, and hockey seasons as long as they participate in SYHA hockey!

To register with SiouxCityHockey.com:

• Click here to begin.
• Enter a unique username and password: (please write this down and keep track of it).
• Populate the required personal information fields and click "Sign Up."
• An account activation email will be sent to your desired email account. Once you log in to your email and click the confirmation link, your account will be activated.

Step 2:
USA Hockey Registration

Siouxland Youth Hockey requires that all potential members register their player(s) with USA Hockey FIRST before being permitted to register with association. Registering with USA hockey is a simple process and your confimation code is generated immediately upon completion. To register your player with USA Hockey, click here

Be sure PRINT and SAVE their confirmation code(s). Remember to register EACH of your players with USA Hockey.
Each player must have their own unique USA Hockey confirmation number.

Step 3:
SYHA Registration

Once your USA Hockey registration is complete you can proceed to register with Siouxland Youth Hockey via the online registration tool.
