Registrar:
• 220 registered thus far, need to finish up consent forms and waivers.
Ice Scheduler:
• Lots of ice time available!

• USA/Tri-State will be enforcing 2 parents or one coach in locker rooms during dressing times.
Coaches/Player Development – Kirk Lukehart:
Coaches Recruitment: Duane Hoffmeyer
• Coaches selection is complete.
• We have a very strong slate of coaches for 2005-2006.
• Coaching seminars coming up, email has been sent out.
I.P./A.C.E. Coordinator:
• Jeff Grey will be out I.P./A.C.E. coordinator going forward, he is working on some clinics – ok with SYHA board.
House League -- Mark Morehead
• Referees: Six new skaters participating in the referee clinics, approximately 15 referees.
• Possibility of holding an additional clinic for kids still interested.
• League jersey sponsors are being lined up; $300 per sponsorship.
• Refunds policy: to be drawn up for November meeting.
Travel Teams: Duane Hoffmeyer/Deb Logsdon
• Duane has a list of Coordinators and Treasurers for Travel Teams – will send out.
• There is a coordinators/treasurers meeting Monday night at 6:30 PM.

Greens: Sales look good
Pancake Day: Is set for January 28th!
Novelties:
• Warm ups were fitted.
• Teams will be directed to check with Novelties prior to ordering items individually.
• Ideas were discussed for additional novelties space for better access/exposure.
Dasher Boards: Open spots to sell at the Ice Center (estimate 10+).
Chuck-a-puck: 4 dates are set.
Program Sales: to check with Novelties prior to ordering items individually.
Pictures: Becky’s Portraits selected. HL coordinators are notified.
Concessions: Idea: Tyson will pay groups 10% of sales.
League Representatives:
• High School recap
• Pee Wee goalies discussion for HL.
Old Business:
• Landon Blatchford has been selected as the Bantam “A” coach.
• Office re-alignment at the IBP Ice Center will be taking place this month.
New Business:
• Getting Flex tickets turned in .. need money turned in.
• More tickets available to players once first set of tickets is paid for.
