| MEMBERS PRESENT: Mark Johnson, Kirk Lukehart, Mark Morehead, Lisa Soole, Patti Hauswald, Deb Logsdon, James Quesenberry, Troy Hedlund MEMBERS ABSENT: Noel White, Dave Purdy, Dan Holzichter, Tim Hinrichsen, Duane Hoffmeyer OTHERS PRESENT: Dan Rose MINUTES: Minutes for October 20, 2004 were reviewed and all corrections were made. A motion was made by Mark to approve as corrected. Second by Kirk. Motion passed. TREASURERS’ REPORT: The report for Five Months Ending Oct 31, 2004 was reviewed. An $800.00 Grant was received. Many travel team tournaments have been paid for and 3 skaters received refunds. Motion by Lisa, second by Patti to approve the treasures report as presented. Motion passed CHAIRMAN'S REPORTS: OPERATIONS : Patti reported that all travel teams have been registered. The November ice schedule is on the web page. COACHES/PLAYER DEVELOPMENT: Marty has scheduled a coaching clinic for November 28th. Strachan needs to schedule an IP Clinic soon. HOUSE LEAGUE: James Quensenberry informed the board that Bobier Portrait Studio will be providing the team pictures this year. All the house league teams have already scheduled their dates. TRAVEL TEAMS: The treasures and coordinators met on Oct 24th and all teams are proceeding as planned. We would like each team to post their schedule on the web page and also on the bulletin board by the locker rooms. FINANCE/FUNDRAISING:
Mark Moorehead informed the board of the status of the dasher board advertising. ADMINISTRATION: METROS: The financial statement was presented for Peggy Hoffmeyer by Lisa. The Metros are in good financial standing with $8,025.00 still to be collected for Ads. COMMUNICATION COMMITTEE: OLD BUSINESS: Board openings still exist. A motion was made by Kirk and a second by Mark Johnson to nominate Dan Rose to fill one of the openings. A vote was taken and Dan Rose was voted in. Welcome Dan! NEW BUSINESS: Kirk brought up discussion at the meeting regarding our current jersey situation. A committee was formed to bring a solution to the board. The committee members are Lisa, Mark J, Mark M, Dan and Troy. James discussed the possibility of arranging some house league games with the Sioux Center house league program. Respectfully submitted,
