Motion by Mark, second by Deb to approve as written. TREASURERS’ REPORT: Treasures report given by Mark. The fiscal year tax return was filed. Past due accounts were reviewed and suspensions should start the last weekend in January. Motion by Lisa, second by Deb to approve the report. Motion passed. CHAIRMAN'S REPORTS: OPERATIONS : We need to look at schedules for IP Clinics. COACHES/PLAYER DEVELOPMENT: Nothing to report HOUSE LEAGUE: Kirk and Dan will work on scheduling the House League Tournament ice times. TRAVEL TEAMS: Squirt Select finals are March 12 & 13th. Kirk is working on prices for new travel jerseys. FINANCE/FUNDRAISING: Pancake Day is January 29th at TEC. METROS: The Metros are in good financial standing.
