Meeting brought to order: Mark Morehead

Minutes: Minutes for January meeting were approved.
Motion, Deb Logsdon; Second, Scott Newman; approved.

Treasurer’s Report: Treasurer’s Report was approved.
Motion, Gary Bennier; Second, Troy Hedlund; approved.

• We have billed out the Midwest fees and the balance of jerseys.
• Ice bills are current through 1/31.
• Outstanding player balances and actions were discussed.

Chairperson’s Reports:

Operations – Mark Morehead

Registrar: Lisa Johnson
• Welcome to our new Registrar Lisa!

• Discussion re: 2007-2008 time frames: coaching selection, registration, travel tryouts, etc.

Ice Scheduler: Brooke Schultz

• Mite tournament is booked for the weekend of Mar 24th.
• SYHA season is officially over 3/19/07 re: scheduling of ice time.

Risk Management: Gary Bennier
• Mouth guards MUST BE WORN at all levels.

Coaches/Player Development – Mark Morehead

Coaches Recruitment: Deb Logsdon
• Discussion held re: next year: suggestions, available expertise, historical operations, proposals of coaching structures, unification of programs and tools.
• Developmental, organizational, planning.

House League – Gary Bennier

Equipment and Jerseys:
• Getting some shelves in the Ice Center, for stocking a few items.

Travel Teams: Deb Logsdon/Troy Hedlund

Finance/Fundraising – Mark Johnson

Dasher Boards:

• Have collected two checks.

Golf Tournament:

• Committee will begin making plans.
