It is that time of year again. The 2009 - 2010 year is about to come to an end. SYHA would like to give you the oppertunity to evaluate the coaches that have worked hard this season to coach all of our skaters. Metros finish 7th in hockey tourney

AMES, Iowa – Colton Kramer recorded his 14th multiple goal game of the season Sunday morning while leading the Sioux City Metros to a 4-2 win over the Sioux Falls Flyers in the seventh-place game of the Midwest High School Hockey League Tournament.

SIOUX CITY -- Rotary student of the month
Benjamin Holzrichter, a senior at North High School, has been selected Student of the Month for January by the Downtown Rotary Club.
Benjamin is the second SC Metro hockey player in as many months to be given this honor
