To all of our valuable membership:

The SYHA Coaching Committee in conjunction with the Board of Directors has embarked on a "vision" that we have entitled the "Circle of Success". As we try to grow the size of our organization as well as improving the quality of our teams, volunteers and end product it is felt that there are two main areas that need focus:

• Player & Coaching Development
• Program Development

It is our intent to start with changes relating to player and coaching development. There are seven forms at the left that we ask all of our membership to spend their time reviewing and provide the Board feedback on. As the end of the season is upon us the new Coaches Evaluation Form, the Coaches Self Evaluation Form and the Players Evaluation Form have been approved by the SYHA Board of Directors and will be distributed to the appropriate parties in the near future.

Also at the left are the Player Code of Conduct, Parent Code of Conduct and Coaches Code of Conduct policies that we propose implementing prior to the start of the next hockey season. The memberships input would be greatly appreciated. Either a letter to the P.O. Box or an email to a board member would be appreciated.
