Nothing can separate the fans from their seats like a hockey game. Regardless of age and ability, it offers fast-paced action second-to-none. Power plays! Short-handed goals! Slap shots! Hockey is unique and so are the boys and girls who choose to play it.

Siouxland Youth Hockey Association (SYHA) provides the opportunity for young people, ages 4 through high school, to experience the thrill of playing ice hockey:

No experience is necessary; new players are taught skating and hockey skills
Players are introduced to an activity that promotes fitness, agility and mental sharpness
Non-travel skaters will have their own weekly practice allowing an experienced and certified coach to focus on developing less experienced skaters at a faster pace
First year skaters in the Tyke and Mite divisions, ages 8 and under, will be provided equipment except skates, stick, mouth guard, and cup.
Team play builds discipline and accountability

Be a part of the excitement . . BE A PLAYER!

First year skaters in the Tyke and Mite divisions, ages 8 and under, will be provided equipment except skates, stick, mouth guard, and cup.
